Our customers are awaiting our ever popular Holiday Pop-Up Art Show and Sale .... and it starts on Black Friday! We have extended the weekends this year to allow more time to shop and browse. And that's not all. We are popping up at a new, bigger location in the heart of South County. 

 

Show Dates: 

 Friday, Nov 28 - Sunday Nov 30

 Thursday Dec 4 - Sunday  Dec 7

 Thursday Dec 11 - Sunday Dec 14

 

Hours: Open Thursdays & Fridays 12noon - 7pm, and Saturdays & Sundays 10am - 5 pm. Reception will be 5 - 7 pm on Saturday, December 13.

To Participate:

($2 fee applies when paying by credit card)​​​

Show fee is $40 for 2D or 3D and $60 for both 2D and 3D

Prepare for Check-In and Hanging!

  • Frame and prepare work for display

  • Download and fill out the show form templates: Artist statement, wall display labels, and the panel layout (for 2D artists)

  • Download and fill out your inventory form - and submit by the deadline!

  • Label your work with barcode and informational card (see forms list)

  • Create/update and print your artist bio (see template in forms list)

  • Create your own social media posts about the art you'll be showing. Tag MCAG so we can share your public posts too!

    • Need Help?  Ask your show captains

  • Download and share the show graphics

    • Email your friends and contacts​

    • Print out the flyers and post at work, in local businesses, libraries, and public bulletin boards
