The Parish Hall at Christ Church West River is the exciting new venue we will be using for the spring show, April 2-6, 2025.
In addition to a new venue, we'll be trying out some new activities, too! This show will be more interactive and encourage customers to connect more with the artists.

This show will be more interactive with artist demos, a fashion show for wearable art, and other opportunities to connect with the customers. Please reach out to the show captain if you are interested in doing a demo of your work.

Show Dates/Times:
Wednesday-Saturday, April 2-5, 10:30am - 7:30pm
Sunday, April 6, 11:00am to 5pm

Schedule (committee leads in parentheses):
Setup panels, lights, etc. March 31 (Mike Dennis)
Check in, hanging, and setup:
March 31, 5-7:30 for 2D and April 1, 10-6:00 for 3D

Download and fill out the show form templates: Artist statement, wall display labels, and the panel layout (for 2D artists)

Download and fill out your inventory form - and submit by the deadline!

Label your work with barcode and informational card (see forms list)

Create/update and print your artist bio (see template in forms list)
