The show is on! After such a long hiatus, it's time to get back into the swing of things. We have the management team;  We have the location; Now we just need all of you artists!!

  • Thursday, Dec. 2nd,  Sneak Peak Reception 5:30pm–8pm

  • Friday, Dec. 3rd, 10am–7 pm

  • Saturday, Dec. 4th, 10am–7 pm (Meet the Artists Reception 5pm–7pm)

  • Sunday, Dec 5th, 11am–5pm
     

  • Friday, Dec. 10th, 10am–7pm

  • Saturday, Dec. 11th, 10am–7pm

  • Sunday, Dec. 12th, 11am–5pm  (All Artists for Take Down 5 pm)

To Participate

  • SIGN UP NOW! >

  • Pay your show fee by November 2

    • $40 by check (mail to Fran Thompson)

    • $42 via credit card in our Square Store >

    • Fee is $50/$52 if not postmarked/paid by November 2


Note:  You must be a fully paid member in order to be in the show.  If you still must  pay your membership fee, the cost is $60 ($40 + $20 late fee) if you mail in a check ($62 via Square).

 

GET READY

Prepare for Check-In and Hanging!

  • Frame and prepare work for display

  • Fill out your inventory form - and submit by the deadline!

  • Label your work with barcode and informational card (see forms list)

  • Create/update and print your artist bio (see template in forms list)

Ways You Can Help Promote the Show

  • Send at least 1 image of your work (with title and media) to help us promote the show

  • Like, comment, and share our social media posts

  • Create your own social posts about the art you'll be showing. Tag MCAG so we can share your public posts too!

  • Download and share the show graphics

    • Email your friends and contacts​

    • Print out the flyers and post at work, in local businesses, libraries, and public bulletin boards

  • Watch for upcoming emails and announcements about other ways to engage!
